Pyohex Shampoo is an antibacterial shampoo formulated to help manage superficial bacterial skin infections (Staphylococcus pseudintermedius) in dogs. It is designed to cleanse the skin while reducing the number of bacteria associated with skin disease.

• Antibacterial Action: Contains chlorhexidine gluconate, a broad-spectrum antibacterial agent effective against common bacteria found on canine skin, including Staphylococcus intermedius.
  
• Deep Cleansing: Helps remove dirt, excess oil, and skin debris that can harbor bacteria.
  
• pH Balanced Formula: Formulated with a pH suitable for canine skin and does not excessively dry the skin or coat when used as directed.

Directions for Use:

• Thoroughly wet the dog's coat with clean water.
  
• Apply approximately 1 ml of Pyohex Shampoo per 1 kg of the dog's body weight.
  
• Apply the shampoo evenly over the dog's body.
  
• Massage into a rich lather. A sponge may be used to help create lather and improve contact with the skin.
  
• Leave the shampoo on the skin for 10 minutes. During this time, the pet should be supervised to prevent ingestion or inhalation of the product.
  
• Rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry the coat.

Precautions:

• Use with care around the eyes. If the shampoo comes into contact with the eyes, rinse thoroughly with clean water. Seek veterinary advice if any changes in the eyes are observed.
  
• Do not leave the pet unattended during the contact time, as licking or inhaling the shampoo foam may cause irritation to the gastrointestinal or respiratory tract.
  
• The use of systemic antibiotics is recommended for the management of primary infections or cases of deep pyoderma.
