Virbac Allerderm Spot-On is a topical skin repair serum designed to nourish and restore the skin barrier at the cellular level. The 4 mL formulation is specifically intended for dogs and cats weighing 10 kg or more.

Features and Mechanism of Action

• Restores the skin barrier: Formulated with Skin Lipid Complex™, containing Ceramides (1, 3, 6 II), cholesterol, and essential fatty acids that closely resemble the natural lipids found in the skin. These ingredients help repair and strengthen the skin barrier.
  
• Relieves allergy-related skin problems: Ideal for pets suffering from chronic dermatitis, atopic dermatitis, dry skin, hair loss, and itchy allergic skin conditions.
  
• Supports the skin's natural defense system: Utilizes Defensin Technology to stimulate the skin's natural protective mechanisms against external aggressors.
  
• Promotes a healthy coat: Helps strengthen hair follicles, reduce shedding, and improve coat thickness, softness, and shine.

Directions for Use

• Part the hair at the back of the neck or between the shoulder blades until the skin is clearly visible.
  
• Apply the entire contents of one tube directly onto the skin. For larger dogs, the solution may be applied along the spine toward the base of the tail.

Recommended Frequency

• Skin recovery phase (active skin problems): Apply 1 tube once weekly for 4 consecutive weeks.
  
• Maintenance phase: Apply 1 tube once monthly.

Precautions

• Do not bathe your pet for at least 48 hours before and after application to allow the product to be fully absorbed into the skin's lipid layer.
  
• Prevent other pets from licking the application site until it is completely dry.
