Unipred Cream 5 g is a topical cream containing two active ingredients: Prednisolone, an anti-inflammatory corticosteroid, and Neomycin, an antibiotic that helps eliminate bacterial infections. It is used to treat inflammatory skin conditions associated with bacterial infections.

Indications and Uses

• Treatment of inflammatory skin conditions with secondary bacterial infections, such as allergic rashes, itchy rashes, inflamed pustules, or infected skin lesions.
  
• Directions for Use: Apply a thin layer to the affected area 2–3 times daily, or as directed by a doctor or pharmacist.

Precautions

• Do not apply to large areas of the skin or use continuously for an extended period, as prolonged use of corticosteroids may cause skin thinning.
  
• Do not use on large open wounds or fungal/viral infections, such as herpes or chickenpox, unless specifically advised by a healthcare professional.
  
• Avoid applying near the eyes.
  
• If an allergic reaction or worsening symptoms such as swelling, redness, or increased irritation occur, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
